- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit
- Schedule and manager candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Build relationships with community to include Chamber and local colleges and technical schools
- Schedule and manage onsite hiring events as needed
- Manage drug testing for new hires
Competencies:
- At least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting
- Solid experience sourcing passive candidates via cold calls and networking
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross functional team
- Proficiency using ATPS and HR software
- Ability to communicate across all levels of management as wells diverse levels of skills and experience
- Experience independently leading the recruiting process for one or more locations
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and successfully managing competing priorities
- Experience with building and reporting recruiting metrics
- Proven experience managing job boards and building pipelines of both passive and active candidate
- At least 5 years of experience with MS Office to include Word, Excel and Power Point
