Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit 
  • Schedule and manager candidate assessments 
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions 
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings. 
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the company’s employer brand. 
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment. 
  • Build relationships with community to include Chamber and local colleges and technical schools 
  • Schedule and manage onsite hiring events as needed 
  • Manage drug testing for new hires 

Competencies:
  • At least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting 
  • Solid experience sourcing passive candidates via cold calls and networking 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Great time management and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of cross functional team 
  • Proficiency using ATPS and HR software 
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of management as wells diverse levels of skills and experience 
  • Experience independently leading the recruiting process for one or more locations 
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and successfully managing competing priorities 
  • Experience with building and reporting recruiting metrics 
  • Proven  experience managing job boards and building pipelines of both passive and active candidate 
  • At least 5 years of experience with MS Office to include Word, Excel and Power Point
